Now the real work starts. This is the document we'll both come back to for the rest of the project. When I'm deciding what a page says, or which of two directions is more you, this is what I check.
Some of it will be easy. Some of it you may not have answers to yet, and that's useful information on its own. Write "not sure" and we'll work it out together. Don't polish. Rough and honest beats tidy and vague.
